Pick-up & Delivery
Delivery
All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. Ohio Stoneware, Zanesville, Ohio. All shipped orders are carefully packed on pallets, shrink wrapped, and sent via one of our selected trucking companies. We will do our best to get the best possible freight rate available.
Please check your order carefully at the time of delivery. The driver must note any breakage or shortage on the delivery for claims to be considered. Delivery sheets should be signed after reviewing all notations. If you do not agree with the notations, you should indicate so on the sheet before signing. Claims for breakage or shortage must be made to Ohio Stoneware within 7 days of receipt of delivery. When trucks make a delivery, the drivers have been instructed to place the product on the tailgate only. They cannot take the product into a place of business. Please make arrangements to receive and unload deliveries in a timely manner.
The following special services are subject to additional charges from the freight carrier: Inside Delivery, Re-Delivery, Lift-Gate, and Residential Delivery.
Factory Pick-Up Policy
We welcome pick up orders with no minimum and no additional charges. Please specify when placing the order the date you would like to pick it up (preferable two week lead time) and if it is to be loose packed into your vehicle or shrink wrapped on a pallet. Our dock hours are 7am-3pm Monday-Friday. After hours and weekends are by appointment only. Orders not picked up within 30 days of pick up date will be cancelled.
Case Packs
Most of our products are loose packed on pallets; therefore there is no case pack per item. However, by request only, our pet feeders can be boxed. 5" & 7" feeders are in case packs of 18. 9" feeders are in case packs of 12.

Order Lead Time:
A good rule of thumb for our ship time is two weeks. However, there are instances that we can "quick ship" if requested. There are also instances that we run 3-4 weeks ship time. If you need your order for a specific event, please specify an exact ship date and or cancel date.Minimum Order is $500 for shipped orders. We will ship a smaller order, but freight will be the same for a small order as for a $500 order. There is No Order Minimum for factory pick up orders.

We will offer Net 30 terms to those who provide credit references and are approved. Other methods of payment include Visa, Mastercard, or check in advance. Pick-up orders can be paid by cash, check, Visa or Mastercard.
Ohio Stoneware reserves the right to accept or refuse any order.
Orders cancelled or refused after shipping are subject to freight and a restocking charge of 15%
